Quick Moves for an Effective Workout
Everyone is going to encounter a day where the schedule is full of school, activities and personal time, or our motivation is just simply lacking. Whatever the case may be preventing you from getting up and being active in any way, take a look at these quick 20(ish) minute workouts. Leave the excuses at the door and get it done!

Circuit Challenge:
Complete 100 reps of each exercise as fast as you can! One way to break it down is completing 5 sets of 20 reps per exercise.
Curl to Press
Squats
Sit-ups
Push-ups
Repeat

HIIT Circuit:
Complete 3 rounds of a 40-20 second interval (40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest).
DB Squat Thrusters
Half Kneeling Overhead Press (do both sides)
Curl to Press
Bulgarian Split Squats (do both sides)
