TERMS
The Miner reserves the right to require prepayment for any advertising. Billing information is requested upon submission of the advertisement. Payment is due within 30 days of print date. All advertising is subject to review. Any potentially misleading advertising may be refused.
The Miner may print advertising of alcohol products but must be reviewed prior to publication. Any advertising that contains sexual suggestiveness also will be reviewed before it is allowed to be published.
Concerning agency commissions, all rates are net to the Miner. The Miner will attempt to honor all position requests, but cannot guarantee nor will it sell any.
The Miner does typeset ads. However, we do not accept responsibility for errors beyond the first run.
