Abs, HIIT Finisher, Post-Workout Snack

Let’s spice up our workout with these great moves. Don’t worry about not breaking a sweat, you’ll walk out feeling a burn and knowing you’re one step closer to reaching your goal.

Abs with @kayla_itsines:

30 seconds each with minimal rest. Complete 4 rounds.

  • Bent Leg Jackknife

  • Alternating Jackknife

  • Russian Twist

  • Straight Leg Raises & Hip Lift

  • Side-to-side Half Burpee

Finisher: 30 seconds each for 2 laps.

  • Side Plank & Oblique Crunch

  • In & Out Plank

HIIT Finisher by @danyelewilson:

10 rounds. 15 seconds on, 15 seconds off.

  1. Med Ball Slams

  2. KB Swings


Raspberry & Pineapple Smoothie:

  • Handful of raspberries

  • Handful of pineapples

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cup milk (or to desired consistency)

  • Can add:

  • honey, maple syrup, or a sweetener of choice

  • Greek yogurt
