Leg Day, Best Day
Who’s ready for one of the best leg days you'll indulge in yet? I wasn’t ready for this one, but let me tell you that when I was done, I was feeling accomplished, stronger, and motivated to achieve anything else that day. This workout will leave your muscles burning with you in sweat and hard earned tears. Calories burned will be high and sweat will be pouring. So, let’s try this one out, but bring a partner to challenge them just as much!

Leg Day:
DB Pulse Jumping Lunges
Glute Extensions
Kettlebell Swings
DB Single Leg Glute Bridge
Barbell Squats
DB Bulgarian Split Squats

Complete 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps per exercise (and side). I personally added two supersets in this workout, combining the first two for one superset and the next two for the second. On the barbell squats, I made sure to focus on squeezing my core tight, focusing on my form, and keeping my movement slow and in control. It’s not always about the highest PR you can get but working and contracting your muscles properly to prevent injury and gain them in the most effective way. After killing it with Bulgarian split squats, go into this burnout to finish the workout!
Burnout:
5 Air Squats
5 Jump Squats
5/5 Reverse Lunges
5 Jumping Lunges
Repeat this circuit for 3-5 times.
