Circuit Workouts
Circuit workouts can be a great humbling workout that keeps you moving and never allows your mind to give up on you. I find sometimes when I give myself more time to rest, I create more excuses to want to walk out that door or not challenge myself in the exercises I’m doing. While that’s not always the case, finding what your rhythm is is the best thing you can do for yourself. Feel confident and walk into your workout ready to conquer the challenges. Never settle on yourself, but always strive to get better. So, here is an amazing circuit workout that you can give a try, maybe you’ll find you prefer these over other workout variations!

Complete 5 rounds - as fast as you can!
10 Front Squats
10 SA Shoulder Press
10 Push-ups
10 V-ups
Pull-ups Until Failure
REPEAT!
