Benefits of Structured Workouts

The method behind her structured workouts starts with giant sets: 4x15 - increasing weight on each set with a one minute rest in between sets.

Giant Set:

  • DB Hip Thrust x10 reps + 10 Pulses

  • DB Bulgarian Split Squat with ¼ of rep x8

  • Sumo Deadlift to Squat x10

  • Rest 60 seconds between each set

Don’t over complicate your workout split, simple and effective workouts will deliver real results. Add this giant set into your next workout.
